REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Refunds requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.

To request a refund, you contact us at support@sleepnimbus.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include your order number and the email address used to make the purchase in the message.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards. 

International Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
